A Structured Environment for Growth
iMA Sports Novi is a structured training environment focused on developing confidence, discipline, and leadership – both on and off the mat.
Our programs span youth development, martial arts training, and operational support, all built around clear systems, high standards, and consistent execution.
That same structure applies to our team.
Whether you’re leading a class, working with students, supporting daily operations, or helping the business grow behind the scenes, your role contributes to a larger system designed for impact.
This is a place for individuals who want to lead, improve, and take ownership of their work.
A System Built to Develop People
Most workplaces look for people to fill roles.
We build systems that develop them.
At iMA:
- You are trained, not left to figure things out

This is a structured, high-energy environment where your performance and effort matter.

Opportunities to Grow Within the iMA Organization
We believe in developing from within.
Team members often start in entry-level roles and grow into leadership positions based on performance, reliability, and initiative.

As the organization grows, opportunities expand across departments.
